Estes Mountain Shuttle will pick you up from the location specified on your reservation. Please ask your hotel concierge or other hotel representative for more information about the pick up points. What is your cancellation and refund policy? 
If your reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shuttle, the trip can be rescheduled or given credit for use another time within 12 months by yourself or another person.  Sorry, there are no cash refunds.
